OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 343!

Hi friends: It's day 343 of omad! Yay it's Friday!!! Today's meal was breakfast for dinner. I have not had bacon for a while. My family loves this meal. My daughter had 3 scrambled eggs and 3 strips of bacon. My husband and I both had 3 eggs and 6 slices of bacon. I also had two mangos and coffee with cream and molasses. I did try the dry fast again today but I'm not a fan. I really like drinking my water during the day. I really like the habit of drinking water. My body loves it too. My tummy is never empty and water has zero calories. 

My daughter is on school break and we went for a long walk. She hates walks but once she is out walking with me she loves it. We walked for about another. The bribe of a Tim Hortons's ice lemonade did the trick.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
