Before 12pm - this is your fasting window - go to work, exercise, but just drink water, coffee or tea with zero sugar or cream. No sugar substitutes.
Between 12pm-8pm - this is your eating window - eat what you would normally eat. However, if you notice that you are not losing. Choose foods that are clean and keep your carbs low. If you are unsure of what to eat in your window. Take a look at my Instagram feed. I post what I eat daily.
Between 8pm-12pm - drink water but not too much or you will up many times in the night. Do not drink any coffee. Drinking water before going to bed will curb your cravings. If you do feel hunger through the night. Have a sip of water. You may not be hungry but instead thirsty.
I also drink apple cider vinegar during the day. I add a tablespoon to about 2 cups of water. I also take 1 teaspoon of black seed oil before I eat my meal. Please do your research on black seed oil and apple cider vinegar for weight loss.
Today's meal was two huge tenderloin steaks topped with butter. Yum!
