Does blackstrap molasses reverse graying hair? My honest journey...


I started my journey because I noticed that my hair started to turn gray. I saw many videos that claimed that organic blackstrap molasses reversed graying hair. I did see many before and after photos. However, what was missing was the journeys.  Where were the journeys?  I read varies articles that stated that it could take anywhere from 4 months to a year to see a change. Some even said they saw a change within weeks. Ok, I thought...I have to give this a try. So my year long journey began. 

Here is why I thought I would give it a try.  It is believed that the high copper levels in blackstrap molasses stimulate melanin production which re-pigment and darken hair.

According to naturalnews.com, one serving which is equal to two tablespoons is approximately 14 of our recommended daily intake (RDI) of copper– an important trace mineral whose peptides help to rebuild the structure and support healthy hair growth. Long-term consumption of blackstrap has been linked to improved hair quality, hair regrowth and preventing gray hair and restoration of hair color. 

The brand that I have been using is called Wholesome Organic Molasses. I have been taking 1 tablespoon daily with my coffee in the morning.

Black Seed Oil Review - My 1 year journey!



I have been using blacked oil for 1 year now. Black seed oil has strengthened my immune system. It feels great to go an entire year without being sick with a cold or flu. Hmmm...why is this. Upon doing some research I discovered that black seed is an anti-inflammatory. When we talk of immunity with reference to physical health, it means the capability of the body to naturally protect itself from diseases and illnesses by fighting against bacteria, parasites, fungi, and viruses. According to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the immune system is a network of cells, tissues, and organs that work in collaboration to defend the body against the attack of foreign invaders. Thankfully, this oil has supercharged my immune system. 

My favorite recipe consists of mixing one teaspoon of raw honey,  one teaspoon of black seed oil added to a cup of warm water. Why did I want to share this review? I ran into an old friend. He looked amazing. I asked him what his secret was. When he told me. I started to do my research. Then I tried it for my myself. I'm sure that you have heard about the one gallon of water a day challenge. Many people start this and continue because of the amazing benefits.

I have tried to this challenge and yes it does sound like a lot of water at first but trust me. After a week or so your body will be craving this water and you will feel great.

1. Prevents over eating - Water is filling. Drinking a gallon of it per day will keep your belly feeling full. The water will take the place of high-calorie snacks.

Positive thinking can help you to manifest your dream home fast. However, going out and visiting your dream home supercharges the outcome. It doesn't matter if at that moment you cannot afford that dream house. Don't even think about that. Visualize that your bank account is ready and able to write that check. The only thing that matters is that you use the law of attraction. I understand that what I am saying can be quite intimidating but it is very important for you to take this step. How To Make 🍎 Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss: Detox Drink 🍎 ✨


I wanted to share with you how to make the apple cider vinegar detox drink. I drink this every day and it has added in my weight loss and weight maintenance.

You need
2 tablespoons of Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother
8 ounces of water
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a glass, mix with a spoon.
Drink this detox drink 3 times per day before meals.

Get ready for the fat to melt off your body.
