OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 247!

Hi everyone: It's day 247 of omad! Happy Easter to you all! Today's meal was wings and asparagus for dinner. Dessert was blackberries, an entire coco polo hazel bar, and two cups of coffee with molasses and cream. I pushed it today and I didn't listen to my body. I was full but I continued to eat. I really wanted to eat my berries even after I was full and I did. Omg! Goodness, I paid for it. Usually, I stop eating when I am full but not today. 
Due to my overeating, my digestive issues are back. I had the worse acid reflux ever! It was so bad that I was tempted to go to the emergency room. Usually apple cider vinegar works. It takes about 30 minutes but not today. I had the acid reflux for hours with a lot of bloating and stomach pains. I had to sip about 4 glasses of apple cider water over a period of 6 hours to get rid of the acid reflux. I add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to about 10 ounces of water. I could feel all of my food in my stomach. My stomach had really hard time digesting the greens and the berries. I think I had too much fiber. I will admit that I did go back for second of asparagus. I love asparagus but asparagus doesn't love me. I know now that I can only handle a small amount. I feel like I have to start over now with eating just meat. I do love eating steak but I love the variety too. I don't want to feel the pain I felt tonight. It was horrible. Starting tomorrow I'm going to do an extended fast to give my tummy a break. I may do a 30 or a 48-hour water fast. I will see how my tummy feels. I may skip the two days of keto for a while. Many of you have asked me about supplements. I do use supplements. I take a multi-vitamin, fo-ti, msm, magnesium, and Vitamin D. Some days I just take the multi-vitamin. I do take blackstrap molasses. I have been using it to reverse my graying hair. It is great for my anemia as well. I will have to open my eating window to 4 hours to make sure that I am eating enough. Eating too much at one time upsets my stomach. I want to continue with my omad because it works for me.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
