OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 251!


Hi everyone: It's day 251 of omad! I usually post what I eat every day to Instagram but not today! I made tons of wings yesterday. My family and I had leftovers. I was craving that delicious egg drop soup. So I made more of it. Not a lot to report today. I'm incredibly busy with work. I still have not gone for my morning walk. I wonder if the cold weather is just an excuse. I wonder if I am in a funk. The winter weather does do that to me. I will have to set an intention. Starting Monday, I will go for my morning walk rain or shine. It doesn't matter the temperature. I will just bundle up it is really cold! Done!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.
Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
