OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 261!

Hi everyone: It's day 261 of omad! I have a dilemma. I love the carnivore diet but I'm getting bored of eating just meat five days a week. The weekends are supposed to be my keto days. However, I find myself not eating keto meals. During the week I am finding that I am not eating enough. I can only eat so much meat. Then I cannot eat anymore. It is so filling but I know that I am not eating nearly enough. I know that if I went back to eating three meals or even two meals a day that would remedy the problem. However, I really enjoy the routine and lifestyle of omad. Frankly, intermittent fasting is what helped me to lose 39 pounds really quickly. I feel that I can do omad for the rest of my life. It fits in perfectly with my lifestyle. Intermittent fasting has become a habit for me now. So today I decided that I would go back to just eating what I want at my omad. It will be mostly meat but I will add veggies and even fruit if I so desire. If I do feel like a dessert I will have it. I will do a weigh in this coming Saturday to see if my weigh is impacted in any way. Today's dinner was steak and asparagus. I had peanut butter halo top ice cream for dessert. I ended my eating window with a hot cup of def coffee with cream and molasses.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
