OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 250!


Hi everyone: It's day 250 of omad! Yesterday I made egg drop soup for the first time and I loved it! I made it again today. I can't get enough of it. I also made chicken wings for dinner. I made way too many so I will most likely eat the same thing tomorrow! My husband and daughter eat the drums and I eat the flats. I love the skin on the flats. So yummy.
I haven't been going for my walks. It has been too cold outside. Warm weather, where are you? It is so important to get outside and for the body to get Vitamin D! In the meantime, I will take my Vitamin D supplements. Everyone around me is getting sick. This flu is no joke. My husband has been off since last Thursday sick with the flu. He refuses to take the black seed oil. He hates thet taste but I don't mind it. I'm going to keep taking my black seed oil daily to strengthen my immunity. I will be doing a black oil update video very soon. I am getting close to 2 years cold and flu-free. My immunity seems to be doing great!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
