OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 258!

Hi everyone: It's day 258 of omad! I have been eating a steak a day for a while now. Today's I wanted to change things up and make some Jamaican Jerk chicken. I cheated a bit and used a store bought sauce. The one I use on a regular basis is Grace Jerk Marinade. The Grace Jerk BBQ sauce is delicious too. I prefer to use chicken thighs. I do wash the chicken. Remove the skins to bake later. Then I season the chicken with the sauce. I pour about 1/4 cup of sauce. Then I put the chicken in a ziplock bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. The longer the chicken marinates the better for flavor. My husband loves to eat jerk chicken at least once a week. Today's meal was delicious.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
