OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 259!

Hi everyone: It's day 259 of omad! I love having bacon, chicken cracklings and eggs for dinner. Such a simple, delicious meal and so easy to make. This seems to be our Friday night go-to meal. My family loves it! As you guys know I like to change things up. I eat something different every day. I love food and consider myself a foodie. I love the different textures and flavors. Eating the same meal every day does not work for me. I feel that if I am going to fast for 20 hours and eat just one meal. Then that meal has to be epic. I have mentioned before about the first 2 to 3 bites of an omad meal. It is indescribable. Doing omad really allows you to appreciate food. Yes, I have surpassed my weight loss goal and have exceeded my own expectations. But what keeps me doing one meal a day is the looking forward to that one meal. Oh man! I think I'm addicted to that part of intermittent fasting.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
