OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 187! Day 2 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!

Hi: It's day 187 of omad! It's also day 2 of 30 of the Carnivore diet. I'm going to document the benefits as I notice them.
Benefits: No bloating
I fasted for 20 hours today and had a 4 hour eating window. I ate steak, 3 eggs and 5 slices of bacon for dinner. I forgot to take some mct oil but I did take 1 teaspoon of black seed oil. I didn't sleep that great last night. I think I maybe going through caffeine withdrawal. As some of you know, I love my coffee. I could drink coffee but I can't drink it black. When I was doing the keto diet, I would have many keto snacks that had artificial sweeteners such as stevia. This is just a reminder that I am addicted to sugar and sugar substitutes.
I will be weighing myself day 30! Just in case you missed it. I posted a new video about my carnivore diet journey. I posted this video to keep myself accountable. I am hoping that I may help some of you, especially if you have tried everything and have had zero success with weight loss.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
