OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 165! Chicken Cracklings Recipe

Hi: It's 165 days of omad! It's breakfast for dinner. I had bacon, eggs, and cracklings. This was a #carnivore meal in honour of #worldcarnivoremonth I'm not a fan of pork rinds but I do love chicken cracklings So crispy, easy to make and keto friendly.

Here is my recipe for (chicken cracklings) fried chicken skins.
1. Peel your skins from chicken thighs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Dry them on paper towel.
3. Lay a sheet of parchment paper unto a cookie sheet.
4. Add your chicken skin pieces.
5. Add another layer of parchment paper on top of your chicken skins.
5a. If you would like your skins to stay flat. Weight them down by putting a cookie on top of the parchment paper.
6. Bake for about 30-45 mins at 350 degrees. Bake until desired crispiness. No need to preheat your oven.
