OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 179!


Hi everyone: It's day 179 of omad! It was breakfast for dinner. I made bacon, eggs, and chicken crackling for dinner. I even attempted to make keto bagels. They were an epic fail. The bagels actually turned into keto buns. But I'm not going to give up. I will try again next time. Bagels are something that I do miss. I mean anything in the bread family. Tomorrow is a pretty huge milestone for me. It will be 180 days of omad! I can't believe that I have done 6 months of intermittent fasting. I have lost almost 40 pounds. I am at my goal weight of 130 pounds. Wow! I'm feeling quite proud of myself. I hope to write a little bit more about my thoughts on omad tomorrow.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
