Day 168 of #omad opened my 22 hour fast with hamburger, bacon and a keto pizza (grated zero carb cheese topped with salami) baked until cheese melted. Oven degree 350. Continuing #worldcarnivoremonth until Friday. This weekend I will go back to keto. I'm thinking about alternating between keto and carnivore on a weekly basis. This foodie needs variety. #lolaslifelessons

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
