OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 168! Easy Keto Pizza recipe!

Hi: It's day 168 of omad! I opened my 22 hours fast with hamburger, bacon and a keto pizza. I'm going to continue #worldcarnivoremonth until Friday. This weekend I will go back to keto. It's my husbands birthday weekend. So I'm sure that I will have a birthday cake too. I'm thinking about alternating between keto and carnivore on a weekly basis. Whatever, I decide I will listen to my body. This foodie needs variety.

My super easy recipe for keto pizza. 

1. Preheat your own to 350 degrees.
2. Grater about 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese.
3. Add parchment to a cookie sheet. 
4. Add cheese to your parchment paper.
5. Then add your toppings. I like salami or pepperoni.
6. Bake for about 10 mins or until the cheese starts to bubble and toppings are done. 
7. Allow pizza to cool before removing from the parchment paper. This will keep the pizza intact. Once you are ready to move it to your plate. 
8. Enjoy

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
