OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 177!

Hi everyone: It's day 177 omad! It's the weekend! I decided to listen to my body and to have to balance in my life. The weekends are always a struggle for me to be strict keto or carnivore. So I decided that on the weekends I will be not as strict. I will still do my intermittent fasting. The change will be a longer eating window. During the week my window is usually 1 to 2 hours. On the weekends I will fast for 20 hours and have an eating window of 4 hours. The 35 plus weight I have lost I would like to keep off but I have also come to realize that it is not realistic for me to be so strict on the weekends. Also, I would like keto, carnivore, and omad (intermittent fasting) to be a lifestyle for me. For this to happen there has to be balance and flexibility. 

My family and I went out for dinner. I had the chicken teriyaki bento box. The salad and soup came first. Then the California rolls which I didn't eat. Then the chicken, tempura, and rice (didn't eat the rice). Rice...why didn't I eat the rice. Before my diet pledge, I ate rice single every day. It has been a staple of my culture.  When I started keto and learned about the high carbs and sugar in rice, that was enough for me to stop eating it. Rice was really just a filler for me, an unnecessary side that I ate simply due to tradition. I would much prefer veggies over rice. I don't miss it.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
