OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 167! Fried pork belly recipe!

Hi everyone: It's day 167 of omad! What's for dinner? Pork bellies and they were so good.  I also had scrambled eggs and baked chicken wings. 

Here is my recipe for (cracklings) fried pork belly.
1. Cut up pork bellies into small pieces. 
2. Dry them on paper towel
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a deep saucepan.
4. Once the oil is hot. Add pork belly pieces. 
5. Lower heat to medium. 
6. Continue to cook pork bellies on medium heat. Stir continuously until golden brown. 

7. Drain on paper towels.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
