OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 178!


Hi everyone: It's day 178 of omad! I can't believe that I have been eating one meal a day for so long. When I first started, I decided to try for 24 hours. Now that was painful. When I watch that video. I actually laugh. I am so happy that I recorded it. I look so different. Then I wanted to do the most difficult...one week. Then a month. Now I am at 178 days. Wow! Now I can't imagine eating any other way. 
So today's one meal was left over teriyaki chicken with veggies. I also had a T-bone steak. Tommorrow back to keto and of course one meal a day with my eating window back to 1-2 hours. I will fast my usual 22 hours.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
