OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 166!


Hi everyone: It's day 166 of omad! Today was my second zero-carb day in celebration of #worldcarnivoremonth I thought I could eat my entire burger. Nope... red meat is so satisfying. I seem to get full faster. My dinner today was lovely. The cost of steak is not cheap. So we buy what we can afford. 
Meats on my grocery list:  ground beefwingsbaconfisheggs, and steak only if it on sale. I have been experimenting with keto and carnivore. Carnivore seems to be a step up from keto. Due to the zero carb aspect. If you have a sweet tooth like me this can be a challenge. Carnivore does make me feel better. My goal is to aim for a carnivore meal at least 3 times a week for now. I'm maintaining my weight loss that is a plus. Today's meal was hamburger, bacon and grilled halloumi. Yum!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
