OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 252!

Hi everyone: It's day 252 of omad! Today was another busy day! By the time I got around to eating, I realized that it was 8pm. No dinner for me today. I learned that when I eat late my stomach doesn't like it. I find that my acid reflux will act up. I usually try to eat at around 5 pm daily. I will consider this a fast day. This is another reason why I love intermittent fasting. If I go more than 24 hours without food...no big deal. I can always eat tomorrow. I will play it by ear. Tomorrow, if I feel hungry earlier in the day, I will eat. If not I will eat at my regular time which is 5 pm. I am sure that I will eat at 5pm. When I first started my intermittent fasting journey, I would watch the clock. I would love forward to my meal. I still do. I would also, I have to negotiate with myself to not eat before 5 pm. Now I actually, look forward to the first 2 to 3 bites of my meal. It is so worth it to wait for my one meal a day. I love omad!
