OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 248!

Hi everyone: It's day 248 of omad! Today I was still having digestive issues which kept me up until 6 am. I had acid reflux due to eating too much fibre. What is acid reflux? Acid reflux is a common condition that features a burning pain, known as heartburn, in the lower chest area. It happens when stomach acid flows back up into the food pipe. The only thing that helps my reflux is combining 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. I woke up at 3pm. No omad for me today. I had zero appetite and I wanted to give my tummy a break. I drank only water today. Let's call this an unplanned fast. I skipped my black seed oil also. Another reason why I love omad. It is so flexible. So I missed a meal today. No big deal.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
