Weight loss secret: I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 21


Hey guys: I am on Day 21 of omad! Today I woke up with so much energy. I am sleeping through the night. I am waking up well rested. I feel GREAT!

Dinner: steak and veggies
Dessert: mango, papaya, coffee with cream and organic blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
