Hey guys: I am on Day 20 of the one meal a day experiment! I have been trying to eat more during my meals but I haven't been successful. I'm going to try to add healthier foods to my meal. Also, I wanted to let you all know that I'm losing weight really fast. Here is what I ate today.
Dinner: pasta, spaghetti sauce with cheese, spinach salad
Dessert: watermelon, blueberry muffin, coconut chips, cheese Tim Hortons coffee with cream and organic blackstrap molasses
What I ate today! Day 20! 🙂 #omad I fast 23 hours and my eating window is one hour. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
