It's Day 355 of omad and day 10 of the carnivore diet. We left for our road trip at 8am in the morning. I decided weeks ago that I would pause the carnivore diet for my trip to Montreal. I didn't want to miss out on all the delicious food while I was away. However, I will be doing intermittent fasting because it is so easy.
We stopped at several stations. My daughter had breakfast. My husband and daughter both had lunch also. I had my apple cider vinegar water.
Two hours into our journey traffic stopped due to a car accident on the highway. Apparently, a truck caught on fire. We had planned to arrive at our destination at 3pm instead we arrived at our hotel at 9:30pm. I had planned to eat my omad at a nice restaurant instead I had a turkey bacon wrap and coffee at one of the one route service stations. I'm not too happy with my food choices today. We arrived at our hotel tired. So we went right to bed. Tomorrow will be a better day.
Fasting: 19 hours fasted. Stopped eating at 4pm.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
