OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 356! Carnivore Diet Diary Day 11! FAIL


It's day 356 of omad. This is also day 2 of our trip to Montreal. We were up early. Our daughter planned our entire day for us. It would be a day of shopping and smoked meat! We started our day by going to Tim Hortons for breakfast. My daughter had a cookie and a tea. I had my bottled water. My husband had some Gatorade. 

Because I ended my fast at 4pm yesterday I decided I would have lunch at 12 noon today. I decided to do a 20:4 fast today - my usual. We went to Main steakhouse and deli instead of the famous Schwartz. Mostly because of the good reviews of Main and because of the bad reviews of Schwartz. I'm not a fan of eating bugs. I had the Montreal smoked meat sandwich with pickles and coleslaw. I also had the poutine. Everything was so good.  I also decided that I would have a coffee and something sweet to close my four-hour eating window. I guess I could have just eaten the meat but I didn't want to. I wanted to eat everything and I did! I ate everything on my plate!

We shopped for an hour. Then we went to McDonald's. While ordering my coffee at McDonald's the power was lost at the underground mall. So back to another Tim Hortons we went. I had a coffee with molasses and cream. I was so disappointed with my chocolate dip donut. Why did I eat that donut? What a waste? I then closed my eating window for the day. For dinner my husband and daughter had pizza. I was still full from lunch. Our afternoon was spent on St Laurent and the evening was spent in old Montreal. I logged over 15,000 steps today. What a fantastic day and a beautiful city!!!!!

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
