OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 340!

Hi friends: It's day 340 of omad! Last night was so miserable to sleep. Our air conditioner issues have not been resolved yet. My poor daughter could not even sleep in her room. I think her room is the hottest room in the house. So she slept on the sofa. I finally secured an appt for tomorrow. Hopefully, things will be fixed by the end of the week. However, if I have to replace my air conditioner. I am looking at a 3,000 dollar bill. Yikes! 
I usually work from home. So today I did most of my work at the library. It was so cool there. Later that afternoon I spent some time shopping with my daughter at Value Village. We were on the hunt for shorts. 

My daughter had Wendy's for lunch. The Dave's combo with fries and a soda. I bought a coffee to go from Tim Hortons for myself. I had it with my omad later at 5pm. I wasn't even tempted to have Wendys. Just the thought of eating my steak later kept my cravings at bay. Today's meal was a two-pound T-bone steak with plantains.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
