OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 342!

Hi friends: It's day 342 of omad! Today I was craving sugar so bad. I satisfied my sugar cravings with fresh papaya. I have researched that papaya is great for weight loss. It is a wonderful antioxidant and diuretic. It has large amounts of fiber and very little calories. That's if you are counting calories. I am not. Only 55 calories for 1 cup. That's fantastic. For keto people, it has 11 grams of sugar per cup. It also provides a good amount of Vitamin A, C, B, calcium, iron and phosphorous. I have also learned that it helps to fight cellulite.

Papaya has a medium glycemic index of 59. The fiber in the papaya helps keep it from being a high glycemic index food.

If you are sensitive to fructose you may want to avoid papaya as it may cause bloating. I would say that the papaya I ate was delicious. I ate a half of a large one as dessert after my dessert. I will admit that it did bloat my tummy but it was delicious.

I also ate steak, chicken soup, and chicken cracklings.
