OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 323!

Hi friends: It's day 323 of omad! Today I fasted for 21 hours and had an eating window of 3 hours. During my fasting hours, I drink only water but it is ok to have coffee or tea. I would recommend drinking it black to avoid breaking your fast.
A good tea to drink during your fast is black tea. Black tea has polyphenols which play an important role as a prebiotic, increasing the ratio of beneficial bacteria in your gut, which is important for health, weight management, and disease prevention.
We celebrated Father's Day weekend with food. My mother-in-law, my husband, my daughter and I went out to eat. We visited our fave sushi restaurant. My mother-in-law and I had the teriyaki chicken bento box. My husband and daughter had the beef rib bento box. My beverage was water. We all had ice cream for dessert. This meal was not keto. It was one of those meals that I go to eat whatever I wanted. I didn't eat the rice because I think rice is more of a filler food. I want to fill up on meat and vegetable. I loved the shrimp tempura. I think that's my absolute fave!

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.
Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
