OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 318! Day 1 of Strict Carnivore Diet!

Hi friends: If you have followed my journey this far, then I consider you all my friends. It's day 318 of omad! Today I completed my first day of strict carnivore. What do I mean by strict carnivore? I am eating only meat and drinking water. The fatter the cut of meat the better. I will be eating a steak a day with whatever meat I desire. Why steak? Steak really makes me feel satisfied and it keeps my sugar cravings at bay. When I don't eat sugar, then I don't crave it. However, if I have something sugar based then I desire more of it. I will be fasting for 20 hours with an eating window of 4 hours. I will keep it to 4 hours because when I do the carnivore diet my biggest obstacle is eating enough. Today I ate my steak at 5pm. Then I ate my chicken cracklings and eggs at around 6:30pm. I took the time to enjoy my food. I didn't drink any coffee today because I hate drinking black coffee. I will let you know how my tummy feels tomorrow. I will also report on how well I slept. It usually takes a few weeks to see a change in my skin. I hope everyone is having a great week so far.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
