OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 315!

Hi everyone: It's day 315 of omad! Today I felt like eating breakfast for dinner. No steak for me today. I love the flexibility of omad! I love that I can eat whatever I want. I ate 6 eggs and four strips of bacon. I guess you could call this my carnivore meal and day! I feel the best when my meals are strictly meat. I felt so good today!

I was up at 7am. Got ready for the day. Drove my teen daughter to school. Then I went for my hour-long walk. Again another sunny breezy day. I started with a hoodie and ended with a T-shirt. Then it started to get really hot. On these days it's best to dress in layers. I started work refreshed and energized. I hope you all are having a great day.

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
