OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 230!


Hi everyone: It's day 230 of omad! Today's meal was steak and scrambled eggs. This meal was so yummy! 

I have uploaded a new video. I have been using the supplement MSM for about a month now. I used it because it was recommended by one of my youtube subscribers. MSM has worked wonders for my nails. I have seen improvement in my nails and I am really happy about that. 
MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a source of sulfur, one of the most abundant minerals in the human body. Sulfur is essential for many body functions. It is critical to the production of healthy collagen -- the building block of nails, skin, hair, joints and other connective tissues. I have been taking one 1000 mg capsules twice daily. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
