OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 220!

Hi everyone: It's day 220 of omad! Today was a beautiful day. It was cold but I still went for my hour long walk and I feel great! I know that working from home is a blessing but taking that hour every day for myself is so important. It feels like a recharge and I feel so good after the walk. Today's dinner was the classic steak and eggs. I used my George Foreman grill to cook both steaks. I love this grill so much. My dinner was delicious.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
