Hi everyone: It's day 228 of omad! Today was a busy day! It's March Break for us here in Canada! I woke up early and went for my hour-long walk. Then I spent the day with my daughter. It was difficult not to eat while out with her. I would say that social situations like this one are the most difficult. I fasted for 22 hours today and made steak for dinner. I had bacon for dessert. We had planned to see a movie. However, nothing interested us. I had planned to not have popcorn and to sip water. These events can be difficult. However, I'm happy I didn't have to deal with the smell and the temptation of popcorn today. If you are home with your kids, I hope you are enjoying your March Break!
