The benefits of this diet are amazing so far: great sleep, zero acne breakouts, great digestion and zero bloating. I have weighed myself and my total weight loss is still 6 pounds. So I have surpassed my original goal weight of 135 pounds. When I started the carnivore diet I was 134 pounds. My weight current weight is now 128 pounds.
First week weight loss: 4 pounds
Second week weight loss: 6 pounds
Third week weight loss: 0
For anyone considering this diet, please check with your diet doctor first. I really feel that this is a step up from the ketogenic diet. If you have stalled on keto, the carnivore diet is certainly something that you should research.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
