OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 203! Day 18 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!


Hi everyone: It's day 203 of omad and day 18 of the carnivore diet challenge. I opened my eating window up a little bit earlier and I'm happy I did. I usually have dinner at around 5 pm but I ate dinner at 2 pm today. I kept my eating window to between 2pm and 6pm. My meal was delicious. I ate oven baked bacon, eggs and a giant T-bone steak for my omad.
Why did I end my fast early? Today I saw a McDonald's commercial. They now have bagels. My favourite is a sesame seed bagel - double toasted with butter and cream cheese. Yasss!!! That is what I usually get at Tim Hortons before I started keto. Before I saw that commercial I was fine. Then my bread craving began. I was triggered by a commercial. Oh, Lawd!!! I needed to have a McDonald's bagel with a coffee. I fought through the cravings and as I mentioned before I ate some bacon and eggs instead. In saying that...For those of you that are starting this challenge. You may or may not face these struggles. My advice...do not have foods in your house that are temptations. Stay strong. Also, when a craving hits even if it is outside of your eating window. Eat meat and drink water. After I had something to eat my bagel cravings went away. I did remind myself of how far I have come. Why ruin it for a bagel? I can have a bagel after the challenge if my heart or tummy so desires. What really motivated me to stay strong was...I really want to see clean results at the end of the 30 days.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
