Hi everyone: It's day 193 of omad and day 8 of 30 of the carnivore diet. I made it past the weekend and I'm really happy about that. The weekend is just another day of the week one of my instagram friends wrote to support me. That very kind statement helped me to get past the weekend. My husband and I always go for coffee. Many of my interactions with friends and family involve going for coffee and eating food. I didn't want to deal with the questions...You are only eating meat? Oh my God, why? Are you ok? You are hurting yourself by doing this. However, my friends and family never scold me when I eat junk or processed food. You know the foods that trigger my reflux. I wonder why that is?
The diet is going great and I'm really surprised actually. I have had digestive issues my entire adult life. My doctor has always told me to eat veggies, fruit and fiber but I always felt bloated. I wonder if I was eating too much of it. I'm am just really confused about why eating just meat has helped my digestion. It's only day 8 so we shall see, what else is in store for me. I'm so excited. CARNIVORE DIET DAY 7 UPDATE!
Today I had steak tenderloin and bacon for dinner! It would say that I was hungry just before my omad but that bit of hunger actually seemed to make my steak taste even better.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
