OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 190! Day 5 of 30 of the Carnivore diet!


Hi everyone: It's day 190 of omad and day 5 of 30 of the carnivore diet. I did feel hungry midday mainly because I was so focused on working that I didn't drink enough water. It's very important to say hydrated. As I mentioned in my video I will not be exercising during this 30 day carnivore challenge. Mainly because I would like to see the result with the exclusion of exercise. When I say exercise I mean, zero cardio, my daily ritual was doing the Billy Blanks Tao Bo workout. I was starting to see my abs covered by lots layers of fat but it was there.
Today I ate a beautiful steak and five slices of oven baked bacon. If you are interested in my steak recipe you can check it out here. Tenderloin Steak Recipe My favourite steak cuts are rib eye, tenderloin and t-bone steak. I have yet to to try a wagyu steak but it's on my bucket list.  
I'm happy it's Friday and I've been here before. I get to day 5 of the carnivore diet and then I cheat. It starts with cheese and then it goes down from there. The weekends are always a struggle for me. This is our family time and we love to go for coffee and visit cafes and nice restaurants. We also love to go to the mall on cold days. There are so many temptations everywhere but as one of my very supportive Instagram friends posted to me..."I know you can do it, you’re strong 💪 do not consider the weekend as a special day because it always happens every end of the week." I get so much support from Instagram. If you are starting your journey, I would urge you to get on Instagram the keto, omad and carnivore community are so supportive. 
Benefits that I have noticed so far: 
-Zero acne breakouts all week
-No bloating
-Great digestion

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
