I fasted for 21 hours and had an eating window of 3 hours. I weighed myself this morning and I am now 130.4 I'm down 1.2 pounds since my last weight in. Keep in mind that I am in weight maintenance mood.
My goal was 130 pounds but when I got the 135 I was fine to stay at the weight. Since starting keto and carnivore I seem to be losing even more. I am 5"5.
Funny that I ate meat all week. No restrictions. I ate until I was full but still managed to lose weight. I'm not sure if the all carnivore diet is responsible or the elimination of carbs and all the processed foods. Could that be why I lost weight? The other thing that I did notice. My skin seems to love this carnivore diet. No acne flare-ups all week. I am happy that I didn't gain weight. My second try of the carnivore diet I did gain weight but I did mention on my blog that I did do a lazy version. This time I was strict. I think there is something to this carnivore diet. I don't think that I can do it for a month straight but it is something that I will work up. Reason being I love food and the variety of my food. But we shall see because I love the carnivore diet makes me feel and my skin loves the diet too.

We celebrated my husbands birthday at his favourite restaurants @makimonorestaurants and #demetres My husband had the #generaltaochicken with side order of #beefshortribsy My daughter and I had the #chickenteriyaki bento box. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
