Flashback video! I wanted to share with you all my thoughts about my first 30 days of trying the keto diet. I'm starting to realize that everybody's journey on keto is very different. Balance is what I'm aiming for in 2018. I'm still doing #omad I love it and it works for me. I am almost at my 6 month #onemealaday anniversary. I don't feel hungry while fasting. I feel that my body has adapted. However the key is to stay away from temptation especially on the weekends. I aim for a #keto or #carnivore meal. If my sweet tooth is craving something sweet you may see it on this feed. #balance This steak was yummy. I ate until I was full. No calorie counting, weighting or restricting.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
