OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 160!


It's day 160 of omad! I'm giving the carnivore diet another try. I'm joining the #worldcarnivoremonth online experiment. January is World Carnivore month! Jumping on at Day 2. Follow@shawnbaker1967 for more details. Let's see how long I can last. My last carnivore challenge was a FAIL. I got bored. I love food variety and really missed veggies and fruit. So, I ate carbs on day 6. However, the benefits I noticed were...my skin/acne improved, no bloating, I slept great, my mood stabilized, I felt satisfied and full longer. The major issue was not enough calories because I eat one meal a day! I think there is something to this zero carb lifestyle. Today's dinner Jamaican curry chicken, zero carb halloumi, and salami.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.

OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 365! COMPLETED! WHAT'S NEXT???

Hi friends: It's 365 days of omad! I did it! I ate one meal a day for one year!!! During this year I did do some extended fasting...
