OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 156!


Hi everyone: It's Day 156 of omad and I'm feeling comfortable being back on track with keto.  One meal a day has become a lifestyle. I don't even think about it anymore. There is zero hunger. However, I do have to stay away from temptation. I had a huge Steak with brussels sprouts for my meal. I fasted for 23 hours. My daughter and I baked keto cream cookies by @divalicious_recipes for the first time. They turned out really good. So good! They tasted similar to sugar free stevia flavoured shortbread cookies without the after taste. Here is what I ate for dinner:

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
