I broke my 22 hours fast with this beautiful dinner. Crustless pepperoni pizza, asparagus, and bacon. I had a craving for blueberries. So blueberries, coffee with cream and molasses for dessert today. Craving satisfied! Yum! I'm still incorporating keto into my diet. Yes, I did have blueberries. However, moderation is key. I never have more than a cup. A cup seems to satisfy my cravings.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
