OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 133! Gigantic meatballs stuffed with cheese! Yum!


It's Day 133 of 365 of omad. I broke my daily 22 hour past with a beautiful keto meal. Two gigantic meatballs fried in butter and stuffed with a huge slab of mozzarella cheese inside. I used Hunt's Pasta Sauce No Added Sugar as my sauce. The sauce went very well with this meal. It was tasty but it was pricey. I will buy it again but only when it's on special. My side was sliced oven grilled brussel sprouts seasoned with garlic, sea salt, and coconut oil. 

Dessert was blueberries, sunflower seeds, and ginger flavoured kombucha. I love this drink. I treat myself to it usually on Sunday's. It's nice to have it once in a while. I say that because it reminds me of pop. I haven't drink a soft drink in years. It was a delicious meal but I didn't finish it. Months ago I was always hungry and never satisfied. Now because of black seed oil, keto, and omad. I am now able to stop eating when I'm full. The "full" signals are pretty strong now. I'm in a really great place.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
