OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 86! Day 15 of the ketober challenge!


Hi everyone: It's day 86 of omad and day 15 of the keto ketober challenge. Yesterday I realized that I had reached my goal weight. Even though I had another number in mind. My body is telling me that this is the ideal number,  give or take a few pounds. I'm currently uploading my weight loss update now on YouTube. 

Dinner: chicken caesar salad

Dessert: sunflower seeds, pecans, blackberries and coco polo dark chocolate

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
