OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 76! Day 5 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's Day 76 of my omad journey! It's Day 5 of the keto challenge. This is different. Eating whatever I want on omad, I felt amazing every day, once I got into the rhythm of it and I lost weight really fast. Now with keto my energy levels are low and my weight loss has slowed and I do feel hungry throughout the day. This is interesting. Maybe I need to go back to my normal omad eating. I miss the choice of eating whatever I want in my meal. Keto seems very restrictive. Protocol: According to my age, current weight and height 20 grams of carbs, 64 grams of protein and 103 grams of fat. Hmmmm... I think I may need to up those carbs. I am so close to my goal weight.

Dinner: chicken, and salad

Dessert: fat head pizza, sunflower seeds, and coffee with cream/molasses

Also because of this keto challenge. Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
