OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 74! Day 3 of the ketober challenge!

Hi everyone: It's Day 74 of my omad journey! After a weekend binge. I'm back on the one meal a day train. @ruledme is also doing a keto challenge called ketober challenge. Post your meals to win! Sadly it's not open to us Canadian's but it sure is motivating. I'm joining today. Day 3 of ketober here is my keto challenge meal!

What is keto? The object of a keto diet is to force your body to get into and stay in a glycogen deprived state and maintain a mild state of ketosis (burning fats for energy). On a carb based diet, carbs are converted into glucose and this is what the body will use for its primary fuel source. 

Dinner: bacon, eggs, cream cheese and salad

Dessert: sunflower seeds, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
