OMAD Intermittent fasting DAY 101! Day 30 of the ketober challenge!


Hi everyone: It's day 101 of omad and day 30 of the keto ketober challenge. Only one more day until my keto challenge ends. Keto was an experiment for me. I think I will continue with it. Keto and intermittent fasting seem to work best for me. I'm doing keto my way.  I'm consuming high-fat, moderate protein and low carb foods. However, I'm eating intuitively ( listening to my body) I'm not weighing my food or counting macros. I'm maintaining my weight. My health is great and I feel good. Here is what I ate today!

Dinner: steak with mushroom gravy, avocado, and asparagus

Dessert: coco polo chocolate, sunflower seeds, and coffee

Flashback to day one, if you are considering one meal a day or omad. This is me at the start of my journey. 


Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
