Hello: I was having such great success with using black seed oil for weight loss that I thought I would push myself even more. I'm not watching what I eat. I am simply taking two teaspoons of black seed oil two times daily. I am also adding 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to my water twice daily. You would think that I would be happy with my success. It's just hard to believe that doing these basic things are helping me to shed weight. Hmmm, what if I pushed myself a little more? I'm seeing so many videos about omad. What is omad? Omad stands for one meal a day. So basically you consume all of your calories in one meal. I decided that if I gave this a try I would eat my meal between 5-6pm. Eating at least one meal with my family is really important to me.
After completing my fast, I decided that I wanted to post my meals daily on Instagram. If you are considering this journey I encourage you to do the same. I hope you will let me know via Instagram. I am hopeful that you are curious to see where I am on my journey. Hopefully, my success will help you too. Hmmm...we shall see.
Here is what I ate after my very first 23 hours fast. I was so hungry and happy to be alive. lol
Dinner: A bowl of pasta with spaghetti sauce topped with meatballs
Dessert: A bowl of fruit (watermelon, pineapple, blackberries, and papaya) Coffee with cream and one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses. My food tasted so f.... good! Yes it did!
Confession: I had obsessive thoughts about this meal hours before I ate it. I imagined myself eating more but this was all I could eat. I couldn't finish the pasta or fruit. For informational purposes only: I think I ate under 1000 calories for the day which was under my usual calorie intake. I had so much energy but with less food. How strange.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
