I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 10! #OMAD #Intermittentfasting



Hey guys: I am on Day 10 of omad and going strong. I have not cheated or binged. I am so happy about this. How have I made it to Day 10 without even a small cheat? My thoughts...Having my one meal at dinner (between 5pm - 6pm) is a great advantage. I am in bed 4 hours later. I sleep for 8 hours of the fast. Also drinking lots of water. I have stayed away from temptation. I believe my supplement of black seed oil has also helped as well. My jeans seem to be getting looser. What a great motivation.

Dinner: Bacon, eggs, avocado, and beans (too full to finish the beans)
Dessert: watermelon, papaya, coffee (with cream and blackstrap molasses)

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
