I EAT ONE MEAL A DAY! - DAY 9! #OMAD #Intermittentfasting

Hey guys: It's Day 9 of my one meal a day experiment. Another day of craving fats and sugar. I've decided to continue with the one meal a day for one month. Here is what I ate today!

Dinner: teriyaki chicken with cooked veggies
Dessert: chocolate dip donut, coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses

What I ate today! Day 9 #omad I consider myself apart of the #omadrevolution I fast for 23 hours and my eating window is 1 hour. I eat between 5pm-6pm. I have also tried #intermittenfasting fast my eating window ranged between 4 to 6 hours. Through trail and error that large window does not work for me. #bingeater 💥Foods eaten today: Btw i eat whatever I want during my eating window. #noguilt I am finding that I am not able to eat all of my food that I craved. That's a good thing. 😊 Posting my meals keeps me on track. 💥.Foods eaten today: Yes that's a #donut #noguilt 😊 #chicken #chickenteriyaki #carrots #beans #brocollini #avacado #parsnips #mango #cream #coffee #blackstrapmolasses I take #blackseedoil before my meal.
