Hey guys: I am on Day 12 of omad! I have been posting what I have been eating on Instagram. I am really impressed with the one a meal day and keto community. Everyone is so supportive. I encourage all of you to come on over to Instagram. Doing this alone is not fun. It's great to be in the company of like-minded people.
Dinner: pasta with shrimp and veggies
Dessert: a bowl of fruit (mango and blueberries), coffee with cream and blackstrap molasses (I love ending my meal with coffee.)

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
