Hey guys: It's Day 7 of my one meal a day experiment. Once again today, my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Here is my plate of food but I was not able to finish. Don't worry. I am drinking plenty of water during my fasting period of 23 hours. Actually, I am drinking up to a gallon per day. I am feeling healthy and happy. Here is what I ate today...
Dinner: chicken thighs, salad, avocado
Dessert: watermelon and strawberries.

Please note: I took one teaspoon of black seed oil and in the morning and before going to bed. I also drank two glasses of apple cider vinegar water. I added two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to ten ounces of water.
